TULLY TUESDAY: DINNER EDITION

TULLY TUESDAY: DINNER EDITION

Happy Tully Tuesday, Stags! We are back this week with more ways that you can enhance the Tully experience this semester and make some meals out of the food provided by the dining halls. This week, we will be revealing our favorite dinner hacks!

Hummus/Mediterranean Bowl

If you’re looking for a more savory option for a dinner meal, go for making a Mediterranean hummus bowl. Ask the salad bar for some chickpeas, spinach, cucumbers, and tomatoes! You can even add in some rice or quinoa and hummus on top! This is a great way to fill you up and is a healthy option.

Pasta Your Way

Want to spice up the plain ziti or penne at the dining hall? Well, there are many ways you can do that! Grab some veggies or meat and mix it into your pasta for a more nutritious and delicious option. You can try out a bunch of different combinations - maybe even try adding some salad dressing to make a pasta salad!

Lettuce Wraps & Enhanced Salads

With the salad bar and deli station now open in the Tully, it is now easier than ever to combine both to make some lettuce wraps! Grab some lettuce or your favorite leafy greens from the salad bar and add in your favorite deli meat, condiments, and veggies. This is a healthier alternative to bread if you’re looking for a light and quick dinner. You can also consider adding your deli items into a salad to create an antipasto, chicken caesar salad, or a BLT salad.

Get creative with the Tully! When you think that there are no more options at the dining hall, think outside of the box. Thanks for tuning into this Tully Tuesday and don’t forget to check out our previous posts where we cover Tully hacks for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages!
