TULLY TUESDAY: LUNCH EDITION

Happy Tully Tuesday, Stags! We are back this week with more ways that you can enhance the Tully experience this semester and make some meals out of the food provided by the dining halls. This week, we will be revealing our favorite lunch Tully hacks.

Chicken Salad

Chicken salad is an easy and quick lunch to throw together and you can customize it to your liking in so many ways. We love taking the marinated chicken breast from the Tully, shredding it, and combining it with the mayonnaise packets and apples! You can put so many things into a chicken salad to change it up day-to-day, such as apples, grapes, or nuts!

Nourish Bowls

Nourish bowls contain all the essentials - protein, carbs, vegetables, and more! To make nourish bowls, we love using rice or lettuce as the base. We then love adding chicken or other meat that is cooked by the Tully. It is also important to add in some veggies, such as broccoli, green beans, or cauliflower! You can top the bowl off with some salad dressing from the salad bar or even add in some Greek yogurt for extra nutrition. Here are some ideas for nourish bowl combinations!

Guac & Chips

The Tully is always offering up some avocados for you to take back to your rooms, so why not make some guac for a quick and easy lunch or snack! Combine the mashed avocado with some salt, tomatoes, and whatever you can get your hands on at the Tully. Pair with your favorite tortilla chips and voila!

Get creative with the Tully! When you think that there are no more options at the dining hall, think outside of the box. Stay tuned for next week’s Tully Tuesday where we will go over dinner hacks!
